A very wet October

Did you think it was a wet October? You were right, it was one of the wettest in decades in some areas thanks to a north-easterly La Nina weather pattern from the equatorial Pacific. Auckland’s dam storage capacity has now moved up to 96.3% with the Hunua ranges experiencing around 200mm+ during October. Here were your local totals up until midday today.
